Yes! You can request an extension up to 12 hours before your scheduled return. Extensions are charged at $1 per bin, per week. Please note that extensions are only applied in 1-week increments.

For homes requiring 50+ bins, we are happy to arrange larger custom packages! Because these require multiple delivery trips with our fleet, delivery time windows may vary slightly. Contact us at info@borrowthebins.com for a tailored quote and schedule!

We know plans change! You can cancel your order for free up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, a $25 fee will apply. If your boxes have already been delivered, you can still cancel your order for a restocking fee of $30, plus $1 per delivered bin.

No tape required! Our bins come pre-assembled with interlocking lids that snap closed effortlessly. To give you extra peace of mind, we also provide one free zip tie per bin to ensure the lids stay tightly shut during your move, keeping fragile or bulky items fully safe.
